To submit proposals for the solicitation, you must first register in the Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS) at the DOE e-Center. Offerors should register in IIPS at least 14 days prior to the solicitation closing date. Offerors are strongly encouraged to begin transmission at least 48 hours in advance to ensure timely submission in the event that transmission difficulties occur.
