A Few More Facts                                                                                                     

 

  • Proposals will be evaluated on technical merit weighted against the cost of the contract with the technical merit being of greater importance. The selection will be determined based on the best value and in overall best interest of the Government.
  • Proposals are due May 7, 2001 with an award date of August 2001.
  • Oral presentations are expected to be held the last 2 weeks in May 2001.
  • Telephone or written requests for the RFP will not be accepted.
  • Pre-proposal conferences are not being planned.
  • Supporting documentation is available in the DOE ORO Public Reading Room located at 230 Warehouse Road, Suite 300, Oak Ridge, TN.
  • The department will not maintain a bidder’s mailing list for this procurement
