After the Government receives the offers (proposals) and written information, every eligible Offeror must make an oral presentation of no more than 30 minutes to the Source Evaluation Panel. The oral presentation is not a part of the offer and does not constitute discussion, as defined by FAR section 15.306 and will not obligate the Government to determine a competitive range, conduct discussions, or solicit or entertain proposal revisions. Statements made by the Offeror during the oral presentation will not become a part of any contract resulting from the RFP. The oral presentation will be evaluated along with the written proposal, in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP. For more details, see Section M of the RFP.
