DE-RP05-04OR22047
Request for Proposal Release
Date: March 18, 2004
Responses Due: Continuously through January 1, 2006
This request for proposal (RFP) is intended
for qualifying firms who are interested in establishing a Basic Ordering
Agreement (BOA) with the U.S. Department of Energy. The Department
contemplates the issuance of multiple award, competitive fixed-price task
orders for those firms who hold BOA award for the purpose of removing salvage
materials parts, equipment and scrap metal such as carbon steel, nickel, lead,
aluminum, and copper. The Oak Ridge Offices Office will conduct the
administration and award of BOAs. Actual award
contracts, for those BOA-holders, will be administered and executed by any
participating DOE Site as well as other federal agencies with requirement(s) to divest itself of salvage
material. Please refer below to the Statement of
Work located in Appendix A of the BOA, for further details.
