The board meets the second Wednesday of the month except
in August when the annual planning retreat is held. Committee meeting
are scheduled as noted below.

Remediation Effectiveness Report.
The objective of this annual report is to assess and
document effectiveness, or progress toward a stated goal, of each
completed remedy performed in accordance with the Comprehensive
Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) on and
around the Department of Energy Oak Ridge Reservation. As part of this
assessment, compliance with long-term stewardship requirements (e.g.,
engineering and land use controls) of CERCLA decisions is also
evaluated. |
