The purpose of this homepage is to assemble a list
of writings which address diversity issues as they
relate to various aspects of education, business, and
employment.

Mission:
To improve the Hispanic Employee Participation in the pursuit of Excellence in Support of the DOE and ORO Mission.






Goals:
* Encourage the development of Hispanics for Higher Level Management positions 
 
* Increase Hispanic Participation in Upward Mobility Programs

 * Enable training to enhance skills and career development 

* Increase Hispanic representation in decision making teams (i.e. selection boards) 

* Expand HEPAC Hispanic Heritage Month Activities throughout the year 

* Establish community outreach programs (local schools & universities) 

* Provide opportunities for Hispanic-owned and other minority-owned businesses 

* Establish partnerships with Hispanic and other professional organizations and local businesses
