Partnerships and Program Development

Our Mission

The Office of Partnerships and Program Development reports to the Manager, Oak Ridge Office (ORO). This office establishes and administers partnership activities with other federal agencies, state and local governments, universities, and private industry; administers transfer of technology from management and operating contractors to private industry; administers Work for Others agreements with federal agencies and other organizations; administers grants and contracts with colleges, universities, and private organizations for conducting research, development, and educational programs; and identifies and promotes new business and program opportunities for the ORO complex.

We believe that providing excellent customer service is an essential business practice at the Oak Ridge Complex.
