| Welcome to the home page of the Oak Ridge Offices Office's Facilitator Program. To give you a short history of the Facilitator Program, it began in 1986. Each facilitator commits to serve a minimum of two years as a collateral duty assignment. Our facilitators are specialists in participative communication, team building, strategic planning, conflict resolution, and assisting teams in utilizing quality tools and techniques for process improvement. | ||||||

Equally impressive are the non-monetary benefits the organization reaps by making an investment in the company's future.
