Selection Process

Candidates are selected through a Four-Step Process:
  1. Self-nomination
  2. 360' feedback instrument
  3. Panel interview
  4. Behavioral assessment center

Qualification Process

Those selected for the Program go through nine training modules:
  1. The role of the Facilitator - awareness of self preferences and presentation skills
  2. Contracting with your client - diagnosis, feedback, action planning, implementation, evaluation and termination
  3. Teambuilding
  4. Conflict mediation
  5. Mission, Vision, Values
  6. Individual developmental planning - strengths and developmental areas
  7. Process Improvement Facilitator Skills Training
  8. Quality Management
  9. Cycle Time Reduction
